Scripture Reference: Malachi 4:2

Malachi 4:2 declares, “But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of Righteousness arise with healing in His wings, and you will be set free, happy as calves let out of a stall.”
To those who honor and revere the name of the Lord, healing radiates over them. The Sun of Righteousness—Jesus Christ—brings restoration, joy, and freedom. His presence infuses new life, healing both body and soul, and grants eternal life to all who trust in Him.
Lord, we thank You for the assurance of Your faithfulness, our daily bread, and Your righteousness that covers us.
You are our Vindicator, defending those who are oppressed, persecuted, and discouraged.
Arise, O God, against those who oppress Your people.
Let Your righteousness shine over those who call upon Your name.
Many say, “The Lord does not see us. The God of Israel does not notice.” But the Bible reminds us:
“When will you ever learn? God made our ears—can’t He hear? He made our eyes—can’t He see?” (Psalm 94:9)
The Lord will NOT forsake His people.
He will not leave those who belong to Him.
Lord, comfort Your people who are distressed and depressed. Defend Your children, for You are faithful and just.
Now, more than ever, we must stand in the gap for God’s people. Keep praying. Stay watchful. Remain alert. Habakkuk 2:1 reminds us, “I will climb my watchtower and wait to see what the Lord will tell me to say.” In the Old Testament, watchmen stood guard on the city walls, warning of danger and protecting the people. Today, as spiritual watchmen, we are called to intercede, remain vigilant, and declare God’s righteousness over the earth.
Let us Pray
Father, You are our Righteousness and our Vindicator. Arise for Your people and bring healing, restoration, and justice. Strengthen the prayer warriors to remain steadfast, and may Your righteousness shine upon all who trust in Your name. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
